Thanks for helping MITX put it together with you sponsorship. I thought the different policies regarding attempting to control the social media content of employee was revealing. One seems to be based upon trust and the other on attempting to control things that ultimately may not be controllable. Hiring the Hubspot defined "digital citizens" and having a social media policy in place seems to be the appropriate mix, IMHO. It was a good panel discussion.
